  Nicht sehr seriös! - Spät abends angekommen, scheiterte die Anmietung an der angeblich nicht funktionierenen Kreditkarte. Der sehr schlecht englisch sprechende Mitarbeiter, versuchte zu erklären, dass es keine Kredit-, sondern eine debit Karte sei. Mit der selben Karte hatte ich schon überall ohne Probleme Mietwagen bekommen. USA, Hawaii, Südafrika, etc. alles kein Problem. Sehr schnell Frage der Mitarbeiter nach einer Ersatzkarte. Die Kreditkarte meiner Frau wurde problemlos akzeptiert - natürlich gegen gebühr, da diese nicht die gleiche war mit der gebucht wurde. Sie war auch somit der 1. Fahrer. Schlecht nur, dass Sie Ihren Führerschein nicht dabei hatte. Somit musste ich als Zweitfahrer eingetragen werden und das, natürlich wieder gegen eine Gebühr. Ich vermute dahinter ein System, um noch den Einen oder Anderen Euro zu machen. Alles in Allem nicht zu empfehlen!

  I went to Avis, and got an okay deal. It cost less than all the extra fees at Hertz and they were nice to deal with.

  I had a terrible experience with this company in Fuertaventura. The clerk did not say hello, or look at me when I arrived at the desk and just put out his hand to take my printed voucher, which he read for about 10 minutes without saying a single word to me.
